The Diocesan and Eparchial Review Board Resource Booklet (2026 Revised Edition) is designed to assist bishops and their staff in implementing the canon law processes required to address grave delicts related to the sexual abuse of a minor by a priest or deacon.

Originally developed in 2005, it was revised in 2012 and most recently in 2026. This revision is the product of a joint effort by the Committee on the Protection of Children and Young People (CPCYP), the Committee on Canonical Affairs and Church Governance (CCACG), and the National Review Board (NRB).
